What is a kit?
Ten sealed vials of the same compound and strength, all from one lot. Every SKU in the catalog is sold by the kit.
Why aren't prices listed?
Pricing depends on quantity and current lots, so we quote each order. Add kits to your quote and send it; we reply within one business day.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. You can browse without one, but quote requests come from signed-in, verified research accounts.
How does verification work?
After you create an account, complete the verification form on your account page with your organization and research details. Most reviews finish within one business day.
Where do your products come from?
They're synthesized by vetted manufacturing partners overseas, independently tested, then stored and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
Is every lot tested?
Yes. Each lot is tested by an independent laboratory for purity and identity before it's stocked.
How do I pay?
Your quote reply includes payment options: bank transfer, card, crypto or Zelle. Orders ship once payment clears.
How fast do orders ship?
Paid orders usually leave the warehouse the same business day, with tracking. Standard and overnight shipping are available within the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can you tell me how to use or dose a compound?
No. Our products are for laboratory research only and we don't provide dosing, administration or therapeutic guidance.
Can I return a kit?
Unopened kits in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. See shipping and returns for details.
Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
Yes. Ten or more kits per order qualifies, and you can apply for a standing wholesale account on the wholesale page.
