The terms that govern use of peptidekits.net and purchases from Peptide Kits.
Acceptance
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the research use policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for seven days unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when payment clears and we confirm it. Product availability and pricing may change before acceptance.
Payment
Payment is due in full before shipment unless net terms have been agreed in writing for a wholesale account.
Warranty
We warrant that products meet their stated specification at the time of shipment. Except for that warranty, products are provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted.
