Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
When orders ship
Paid orders received by 1 pm Pacific on a business day usually ship the same day from our U.S. warehouse. You'll get tracking by email.
Shipping options
Standard and overnight shipping are available. Kits ship in insulated packaging; lyophilized material tolerates normal transit temperatures. Move kits to −20 °C storage on arrival.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your quote reference. We'll replace damaged or incorrect items at no charge.
Returns
Unopened kits with intact seals may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping. Opened kits can't be returned. Email us for a return authorization before sending anything back.
