The conditions every customer accepts when buying from Peptide Kits.
Intended use
All products sold by Peptide Kits are supplied exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, for use in food, cosmetics or dietary supplements, or for diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease.
Buyer qualifications
Buyers must be at least 21 years old and must be qualified to handle research chemicals, or purchasing on behalf of an organization with qualified personnel.
Buyer responsibilities
- Use products only for lawful research.
- Store, handle and dispose of products according to applicable law and your institution's safety requirements.
- Do not administer any product to humans or animals.
- Do not resell products except as research-use-only material under these same terms.
Our right to refuse
We may decline or cancel any order, and close any account, where we believe products may be used outside research, including where a buyer asks for dosing, administration or therapeutic information.
No medical claims
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement about any compound should be read as a claim of safety or effectiveness in humans or animals.
Indemnification
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the use of our products and agree to indemnify Peptide Kits against claims arising from misuse or use contrary to this policy.
